COVID-19 INFORMATION: The Village of Port Barrington shall be following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and the Illinois Dept of Public Health regarding the coronavirus. Also, we are proud to be part of the community that has established the first drive-thru testing center in the State of Illinois – Good Shepard Hospital. The first step for using this service is to contact your primary physician for referral. The drive-thru service is by appointment only. Please review the link below for information.

ComEd is taking action to help its Customers with payment assistance programs.
ComEd is imposing a moratorium on service disconnections and waiving new late payment charges, in coordination with Illinois leadership support Customers implementing guidance to control the spread of COVID-19.

Everyone has a role to play in getting ready and staying healthy. Continue to take preventive actions to prevent the spread of illness – remember the 3 C’s – clean, cover, contain:
Clean
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects.
Cover
- Cover cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
- If no tissue is available, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands.
CONTAIN
- Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Due to the continued spread of the Covid-19 Virus, beginning immediately the Port Barrington Village Hall located at 69 South Circle Avenue, Port Barrington, will limit in-person interactions to critical business only between staff and the public while striving to maintain services that are currently provided.
