Update (2/13/19) Roberts Road Land Development Public Hearing Continuance

Update (2/13/19): The Public Hearing for potential Roberts Road development has been continued to Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 8:00PM to hear further pertinent information on requested zoning text amendments and a conditional use permit described in the original published Public Notice link below. The land in question has been zoned “General Business” since it was annexed in the late 1980s. The Village Planning Commission, made up of a group of dedicated volunteers from our Village, will ultimately make a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees at a Village Board Meeting. Your Village Board will review all information, consider the Planning Commission recommendation and ultimately vote on the requested text amendments and conditional use permit for the type of use and structure sought.
